According to the National Roofing Contractors Association, your facility’s roof should be inspected at least twice a year once during fall months, and again in the late spring.

WeatherGuard is an affordable commercial roof asset management program designed to prolong the life of your existing roofs, keep them water tight, and provide you with all the information you need to budget and plan for the entire life cycles of all the roof systems you manage.

A comprehensive, photo-documented inspection is performed by trained professionals providing you with a full report and quotes for any work needed. Our real estate clients have found our Tier 1 inspections have been very helpful in providing them with accurate information during their “due diligence” portion of the negotiation process.

Our Tier 2 and Tier 3 inspections allow our clients to budget their maintenance dollars, while protecting their assets. They also protect the client from unforeseen cost associated with lost productivity, damaged inventory, and loss of rental income.

  • Up to eight man hours of on-site maintenance
  • $0.025/sf (min $1250)

Tier 2 & Tier 3 include: Inspection and identification of the existing roof systems and related components: investigation of active roof leaks, including temporary repairs up to one hour max; a photo-documented report plus budget, and a repair proposal if needed.
